String Of Murders Thought Related A recent spate of inter-State murders, according to the FBI, might have more in common than previously thought. Although attention has focused on several of those who came to prominence within its ranks, during the seventies, further investigation has linked yet more to the same killer.
Quite what the relation certain former employees of the law firm, Wolfram and Hart, could be, is presently open to question. A similar suspect, however, was noted by surviving witnesses and, in some cases, captured on CCTV footage.
Described usually as a long-haired, blonde, Caucasian female, the suspect is to be considered armed and extremely dangerous. Although the name 'Cassandra' has been noted, it remains unknown whether this is a pseudonym. Most victims have been shown to undergo a prolonged, intensive period of torture, although officials have refused to comment on the nature of some, due to the on-going nature of what has now become a Federal investigation.
"Most of these crimes have centred around in Chicago," spoke one insider, on the condition of anonymity. "What isn't being made public, is that forensics have uncovered a great deal in the way of metaphysical trace elements in each of these cases. This is still an embryonic science, you might say, but it does match up with some of the grislier witness testimonies. Whoever this is, let's just say public safety doesn't seem like too much of an issue with them."
When asked upon the nature of the Wolfam and Hart link, investigators appear unwilling to come forth with any hesitant theories, although one source has indicated one puzzling link with the FBI victims: Both were present in Chicago at around the same period of time, with rapid career advancement soon to follow in their respective fields.
Approached for comment, a spokesperson for Wolfram and Hart took time to "remind the public of our excellent track record in working with Federal authorities. As a firm with vested interests in the justice system, we are proud to maintain and extend this relationship, as far as humanly possible. In some cases, far beyond even that."
State officials have, so far, declined to comment.
